I bought the wrong product, can I exchange my product?

We would like to emphasize that you can only qualify if the product/s has not been redeemed yet. 

Softwarekeys does not process exchange/refund/replacement once the product/s are already used/redeemed.

Refunds are only processed after we are in receipt of an unused item. This process can take up to 24 hours after the sale.

Returns will be accepted provided the product is in its unused condition and can be sold on. Due to the nature of the product (digital download), refunds cannot be given immediately, a time period of 24 hours is applied to ensure that the item has not been redeemed by the previous customer. Unused products will be issued a full refund.

For transactions that were paid using PayPal credits, it should return to your account within the hour. As for credit/debit cards, they will clear on your account within 5-30 banking days.  

I bought the wrong product and have already redeemed/activated it accidentally, can I still get a refund?
No, refunds are only processed provided that the product is in its unused condition and can be sold on. Used products are not eligible for refunds.
